I have been providing positivity, possibilities, and new perspectives since 2011 all to guide you as you work towards your best life.

I offer sessions via Zoom for those who prefer; please be certain to make your choice of in-person or via Zoom when booking your service.

I ask that anyone with an in-person appointment be Covid or other respiratory illness be symptom-free in the days before and the day of your appointment.
